Experience & Background: While I am relatively new to live cutouts specifically, I bring extensive woodworking and construction experience to the table. My background includes framing, rough carpentry, general woodworking, and finish carpentry. I own a comprehensive inventory of professional tools required to open structures safely and efficiently to access a colony. Because of this background, I am highly qualified to handle the cutout and structural closure phase, ensuring a secure, solid "hold-up" to protect the property from the elements. However, to maintain professional standards, my services exclude specialized trades like masonry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. For complex restoration or specialized finish work beyond standard enclosure, I advise clients to utilize a licensed contractor, though I am glad to coordinate with them to facilitate the safe extraction of the bees.
Beekeeping Experience: I have over two years of hands-on apiary experience and currently manage two active, highly monitored hives. I am exceptionally comfortable handling bees, move with a calm demeanor in the yard, and maintain a deep respect for the colony's biology and behavior.
Service area: We provide swarm removal and cutout services across the following regions: Macomb County, St. Clair County, Wayne County (Specifically Northern Wayne County, including the Grosse Pointe communities and Harper Woods.
